Acceptance
By downloading and playing Worimo, you agree to these terms.
License to use
You may play Worimo for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, or selling the game, or playing it with cheat software, is not allowed.
Coins and hints
Coins and hints can only be used within the game; they can't be exchanged for real money or transferred. We may change amounts and prices to keep the game balanced; coins and hints you've already purchased are not affected.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds are subject to their policies. The Remove Ads pack removes ads between levels; optional rewarded ads that you choose to open are still available. You can move your purchases to a new device with Store > Restore purchases.
The service
We're always improving the game; levels, features, and appearance may change. We can't guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors, but we work to fix problems quickly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits the legal rights you have as a consumer.
